Coffee with coconut milk. Which should really be called "coconut crack" masquerading as a coconut flavored combination of whipped cream and butter. (I love having ZERO guilt about consuming something so decadent!)
This is definitely not deprivation :)
It's actually day 15, so I'm catching up, but I'm feeling great. I got to go to yoga last night--Sarah (the owner of the studio) was teaching, and I swear, that woman knows exactly what to say to push you to your edge.
I am incredibly aware of all of my muscles today. Feels good to know I worked my butt off! No wonder I've been so hungry today...
