Hungry and "muscle aware."
- 9:30--coffee with coconut cream
- 12:30--TBSP coconut oil and a banana
- 2:00--Brasa rotisserie chicken, echinacea tincture
- 7:00--Another incredible Friday night meal (thanks Carrie :) 2 dates, salad w/ Mediterranean veggies in oil on a veggie salad (no dressing necessary!) cod swimming in lemon butter, a little piece of chicken, a HUGE pile of green beans, 1/2 c. raspberries, and some pecans
- 11:00--pickle juice, unmodified potato starch in water, echinacea tinture, broth soup--3 cubes of Bone Broth, dulse (a type of seaweed) flakes, a clove of garlic, an egg beat in at the end, 3 clementines, an apple. See? HUNGRY KID.
With yesterday's brutality? Not happening :P
